Ride Description:

I want to add the South Mountain Lookout challenge site to my list this Sunday. Short notice I know...but its just a day ride, not a lot of prep required :) There will be some highway riding, I wouldn't recommend bringing your 250 for this one. We'll go out through Homedale, south on Succor creek rd and connect with Hwy 95 and continue on to Jordan Valley. Gas and food are available in JV. From there its south on Yturri, to Pleasant Vallet rd, then South Mountain Rd to the lookout. Then head back out on Pleasant Valley, east on Trout Creek to Silver City Rd and into Silver City.

Jim's Excellent Adventure. 4 Days, 17 Challenge Sites, 1,000 Miles.

I am new to the club and would like to start off by saying thanks to whomever it was that put together the list of Challenge sites.  They are some of the greatest spots in Idaho and Oregon and I never would have visited most of them without this Challenge.

Ride Description:

I've volunteered to head up this years trip to the 8th anual  Wallowa Valley Adventure Jamboree.  Sam I hope you can still make the trip!  This promises to be an awesome event, there is typically over 100 riders from all over the northwest gatherer in Enterprise Oregon.    This event doesn't have a sponsor so no one is trying to sell you anything.  You have heard the saying goes something like this: eat, ride, eat, ride, eat, drink, enjoy campfire, sleep, repeat.
