Level 3 rides will include rutted double track, and uneven roads. These may be rocky and difficult at times. A 1200GS or similar bike will feel heavy in this terrain, and will require an experienced rider. A moderate rider on a 650cc bike will be able to maintain 20 to 30 m.p.h. without a load. Little or no single track will be present on a level 3 ride. You may encounter moderate water crossings (less than knee high). Expect higher average speeds on easy sections of the route.

Ride Description:
This ride will follow a route that I rode a couple of years ago. We'll ride over to Horseshoe Bend and hit dirt on Harris Creek, up Alder Creek, up Scott Mountain Rd to Deadwood. From there we will head toward Landmark and Warm Lake, up to Donnelly and over to No Business Lookout.
The return trip will be back roads west of Cascade Lake, over Dodson pass and back into Emmett.

Ride Description:
I believe all of the seasonal motorized trails are opening Sunday July 1st. I would like to go explore the Silver Creek/Bull Creek/Long creek trails system up to possibly reaching Warm Lake area. Pack it in/out. Hopefully have a campfire and tell some stories. May have to cut some logs out of the trail. Its all level 2 up the the summit, once you pass through the little width gate there will be some level 3 sections. After that I have no idea, I've never really been back there. https://goo.gl/maps/spMSZDNdANA2

Ride Description:
The weather is getting better so I'm throwing this out there. I have an idea on the first leg of this ride but I don't have the ending yet. That may depend on the time and rider skills. I will set up a meeting spot first part of next week (some where in Nampa). We will be hitting the dirt on Wilson creek Rd South of Givens hot springs and work our way over to Reynolds creek Rd and come out at Murphy. From there I will wing it. I will be taking the F800GS and the roads will be suitable for that size of bike.

Ride Description:
This is a ride I did last year at the Heart of Idaho Rally. From Challis hot springs campground we will take dirt into pahsimeroi valley head south. We will go by barney hot springs (Challenge site) then over Big Windy pass. From there last year some of the group when to Leadore (fuel), Salmon, back to Challis. The rest on the group went back over Big Windy and back tracked the way we came.
