Heavyweight Bikes
These bikes typically boast engine displacement greater than 800ccs. All that power comes with a price; heavyweight bikes top the scales over 400 pounds and often have lower ground clearance than other classes of dual sports. They have greater weight management capacity, and are the most comfortable way to travel 2-up. They are also favored by people who like to pack large quantities of gear.

Ride Description:
Here's a chance to test out some of your camping gear, on a easy ride. My goal this year if for more IAMC member to get out and camp. So, bring what you've got, and let's go camping. I've got 3 of everthing, so if you need to borrow anything (tent, sleeping bag, stove... whatever) ~ just ask... I'd be happy to bring it for you to use.
Meet at the southwest corner of the Walmart parking lot at 1:00 pm on Saturday the 6th.

Ride Description:
This is a long trip but one of the most beautiful that you can ride. You will be able to visit several of you IAMC Challenge points along the way. We will stay in Developed camp sites along the way. Your bike will need to have a 165 to 175 mile range on your fuel. We will pass through towns that you can buy food in or eat at. come on out for a great trip, GPX. routes will be available as soon as the new web site is up.

Ride Description:
Friday we will go from Happy Trails to my lot at Donnelly Idaho (90 miles). Some may want to do a ride thru the Ola country and meet there Friday night.I have water, power and bathroom. We will leave early Sat and go to Riggins, then up French Creek to Warren and over Elk Creek Summit to Big Creek and camp at Yellowpine (190 miles). We will buy gas in Yellowpine. There is a bar and cafe here.

Ride Description:
SORRY THE WORDS ARE ALL RUN TOGETHER. SOMETHING HAS CHANGED AND I CAN'T GET PARAGRAPHS, BOLD LETTERING, ETC. Idaho, Nevada, Oregon. High Desert in the fall. Sounds like fun huh? DAY ONE-THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 24TH I will be at the Homedale Subway sandwich joint at 4:30 p.m. to get a bite to eat. We will head out at 5:00 p.m. and head west to Oregon and take Succor Creek Road south towards Jordan Valley. This will be 65 miles of fast gravel/dirt almost all the way to Jordan Valley. The last few miles are pavement. Fuel up in Jordan Valley.
